New house, great location, solid sisterhood. I'm not sure most PNMs would choose it over PiPhi, TriDelt or GPhi, but its on par with DG and a big step above APhi. And the fact that so many Zetas are proud of their house speaks volumes. This also proves there is like one Alpha Phi on this site and she's nuts.
