That's interesting, but a lot of guys that are in fraternities don't care about "tiers". They only care about tiers for homecoming, and honestly, I think tiers are so stupid. There are very attractive girls in the "bottom tier" houses and some, not so, attractive girls in them "upper tiers". Plus looks are so subjective. I respect your standpoint though!
