I agree it's important to think this through because the worst thing you can do is get swept up in the parties and the process, accept a bid and then, when the dust has settled, figure out you won't really be happy there and quit. Because no matter what tier you are in there probably would have been someone who was happy to get a bid from that house and become a loyal member. Every year some houses issue bids and the girls barely show up. If you accept a bid, make a commitment.
