I kinda like the newer houses. Each one has its pluses and minuses of course. Beta is gorgeous, really nice inside and out. I just wonder how they hold any parties. .ΔΥ is very nice as well, the rooms in particular. I personally am not a fan of underground parking, I would be curious how useful it really is, how many cars can it hold? That is a real opportunity missed to add extra square footage, in Greektown. Farmhouse may not be new, but really cool design with the courtyard. ΣΝ is not complete yet, but it is looking very similar to the old house, curious to see what the inside looks like. Regardless, it is nice to see Greeks are planning for the future with these new structures and all the renovations.
