phi kap sig chi and beta will always be the top houses. lambda chi has alot of nice guys its just so far away. delt is nice but is always dry . a e pi has come along way. they just won homecoming and are all overall nice guys. ato will be huge next year. pi kap is a good group of guys they are just in a small house. ka is in huge amounts of trouble. kappa sig is fun but not a great house. pike and sig ep and also fun houses. none of the listed houses above are bad at all.
