IMO: Zeta - thinks they're mid tier or sometimes even try pushing top tier (lol), but in reality they're one of our worst houses DG - a low mid tier house that Ian completely forgettable who tends to rank themselves upper mid to top tier Delta- still ranking themselves in top when the rest of the campus sees them as mid tier at best
