Can someone explain the sophomores rush process. There have been post about if it's a good idea to rush sophomore year but not a post about how it work. Does PHA set a certai number of sophomores that each house has to take or can take? Which houses automatically cut sophomores? Do sophomores factor into the total quota set by PHA?
