Gotta point out something here...when the previous year's graduate class is huge or a number of sisters are graduating early, and/or your house has a number of sisters out of town on internships or study abroad trips, that may mean that your house will want to pick up extra girls to fill the spaces and build your ranks. It doesn't always mean that your house is hurting in anyway...actually, quite the opposite.
