The low number of given bids is better bc that means the retention rates are high in that sorority so they don't need extra girls to cushion the blow when lots drop. Personally I think this I should a better reflection of "top houses" bc anyone can judge a house by the outside out of jealousy, bitterness or stereotype but the numbers don't lie on where the members want to stay.
