I love that PHA now has a list on their website of the houses participating in informal recruitment. It makes the lies that GPhis tell about not taking any other girls very easy to spot. For the record ladies, informal recruitment isn't a bad thing. Maybe if houses like Delta and GPhi could just embrace the informal process it would destigmatize informal recruitment as a whole.
