I mean that would be nice, and Delt could afford and fill it. However, the only issue would be the fact that DU is more likely than not recolonizing and starting fresh fall 2018, that is when their suspension is over. DU nationals put a lot of money towards that house and I'm sure many alumni have also made generous contributions. It would be idiotic for them to lose such an asset when in reality their nationals can recruit top tier material during fraternity formal recruitment and actually have the Mizzou chapter be something close to what they want (who wouldn't want a chance to live in that awesome house and shape their chapter however they wanted, have no pledgeship and be in a prime location?). The most logical thing for them to do would be to restart the chapter literally as soon as possible. From Delts perspective, they would definitely enjoy that house and quite honestly for their outstanding success and genuinely great member they deserve to take it. The only thing is they would realistically only be able to rent it for 1 year and would have to move back to the original Delt anyway, which in the long run wouldn't be worth renting for such a short period. If DU decides to hold off on restarting a couple years past when they are allowed to return, then yes Delt probably would be the ones to rent out the house, but if not it probably won't happen.
