Alpha Phi has always COBed in the past. So have Sigma, Phi Mu, Zeta, and AXO. But it's hard to say whether many houses will be COBing this year, esp. with Sigma Kappa... I would say focus on Sigma, Phi Mu, and SK as these are the most likely to be COBing this year. Around mid September to early October, email their recruitment chairs asking if they're holding any COB events and if you can come. However, like the person a few below me said it's pretty desperate and pathetic for girls who dropped bc of those houses to come crawling back practically begging for a bid. Just saying.
