And you can rush more than one house but they don't all COB at in the same time frame. So let's say you rush SK and they offer you a bid, my advice is take it if you feel like you fit in. Waiting for another house to open their COB is a risky, risky move and one that probably won't pan out. For COB, take the first bid you get if you like the house and can see yourself there.
