The best advice I can give is contact the recruitment chair of each house you're even remotely interested in and ask if they're doing COB. Contact your friends in those houses as well and get the scoop. In my experience, KD and Sigma are the most open and honest about COB. They both publicly posted about their COB events on their social media in the past and are very welcoming to all girls, even if you don't have friends in the house. Phi Mu/Zeta/APhi/SK are a little more close lipped about COBing but you're not counted out just because. Keep an open mind and put your best foot forward. And when in doubt, contact PHA and see if they have information for you!
