KD usually always COB's but how many girls they take depends on their numbers, sometimes they don't even hold formal events they just recruit friends of active members. Last year though they held a public COB event and they were very forthcoming with the information. When they do publicly COB, KD is very good about keeping girls informed. SK is a toss-up. They've COB'd sometimes and other times they haven't. They'd done public events and other times they haven't. I'd recommend emailing their e-board as the time gets closer for information. If Zeta has to COB, they probably will be private about it. Probably won't hold events. Probably won't take girls who aren't friends of active members. This one is a big question mark.
