I think think KD is bottom tier. They place top five in competitions too often for that to be the case. Plus their girls are overall well liked by other greeks. They're bottom tier in my opinion. SK/Phi Mu are top of the bottom for me because people like them. Zeta's reputation is too bad for them to be top of the bottom. Sigma is still our worst house but I think they're making improvements.
