Relative. If your grades are bad ALL houses are hard to get into. If your grades are mediocre you will have a hard time getting into ChiO, PiPhi, Theta and possibly even Adpi and Kappa. If your not in part of a particular "clique" you may have trouble getting into Delta, Gphi and possibly DG. There is also exceptions to all of these... Just a generalization.
