It is documented what the officer heard and the hate speech he actually heard was coming from the lbc girl. Granted he wasn't there when the original altercation/exchange took place, it seems odd that one of the girls, in the report, states she 'believes' the n word was used. She believes and she actually heard are two separate things. And in this day and age of taping everything, I am wondering why someone didn't tape this. The garbage cans were documented, but not the exchanges Well, it will be interesting to see what the 2 officers cameras picked up-does anyone know if and when those will be released?
