Because quota was so low this year pretty much every house is doing some type of informal, but as ^ said, some have a few people in mind so it's kept quiet. Honestly think every single house did/or is, although many will get on to argue that. Again, quota was so low this year, there's no reason for anyone to be dishonest about it.
