Exactly what the poster above said. What is discussed on this site in terms of "tiers" and the real world of greek life have very little in common. I do know that when I went through recruitment, Zeta was not one of the chapters girls were disappointed to get back - as a whole. Everyone had their favorites, based on their priorities and feelings, but when you hear that girls drop because they didn't like their options - Zeta was not (again as a whole) among those. It tended to be other houses girls took exception to. Although, I think even in the last year or 2 girls have become more open to all chapters. So, why do people not like them? I don't think that is the case. I am sure there are some people who don't like Zeta...or some girls in Zeta. But as you can see there are also people who don't like APhi, GPhi, ADPi, TriDelt, etc....
