Something tells me it was an aphi who started the post on gphi because of this thread. As a matter of fact, someone posted something about that a while ago , saying aphi would target tri delt and gphi, exactly like they have been doing! Aphi, youre too obvious-first you tore tri delt apart and now youre going after gphi. The only word that comes to mind is pathetic,do you know what that means? Now get off these boards and go study!
