There are standards set by panhel (gpa) in order to have the best girls going through. Because such big cuts are made early on, a lot of top quality girls are cut. By the time many girls get to the end, there are even bigger cuts being made. There are a ton of girls that either got dropped, or dropped because they didn't feel a connection to a house, thus, numbers just being out of whack. Until panhel gives a max number of girls a house can cut early on things won't change. If each house had to hang on to more girls early on it would keep more girls in the mix and force quota to be higher. No one should criticize any girl for dropping-there are so FEW girls that drop because they don't get a 'top' house. There are more girls that drop later because the last few houses they are left with are not houses they fit with.
