Hmm I think many people would be agree with you... Zeta actually based on observation looks like they fell short or their normal cute class. Possibly because of the house issue, and/or SK continues to get the girls that zeta wants. It actually looks like zeta is having a rough time keeping up with the competition, phi mu has been praised on their girls, sigma has been praised on getting a huge PC... And then there's zeta... Bottom tier ranks in terms of new PC in order: SK, Phi mu, zeta, sigma I'm sorry zeta, you've been outrushed again for the 3rd year in a row by SK. :/
