^ That's not exactly true, but nice try. Sigma could take 100 girls because they had room for 100 girls for a variety of reasons, among them retention issues. The top houses have been working for lower quotas, not higher, because they want their new members to have a better experience and they want a larger percentage of them to be able to live in the house. there is no way the better houses would have wanted 100 new members.
