thanks TriDelt... but anyone with basic knowledge of RFM knows that's simply untrue. Quota additions are unrelated to retention - they simply happen when girls maximize their options and aren't on either chapter's first bid list/don't make it within quota. Then they are (typically) placed in their first choice house. So if a ton of PNMs had Pi Phi and Chi O as their two options then those houses would have more quota additions because the PNMs need to be placed somewhere and those are their two options.
