All during rush we were trying to figure out what it takes to be a Chi O or a PiPhi. They were cutting like crazy, including some St. Louis girls I know who had really good grades or who were really popular. We couldn't figure out exactly what they were looking for. We still don't know. Then when we saw their new members this morning we were blown away. It seems these two houses conduct recruitment absolutely on their own terms. But it sort of defies stereotyping. Don't get me wrong, I am very happy where I wound up and so is my roommate and other girls on the floor. We weren't surprised to see who went Gamma Phi or Theta or Alpha Phi or SK or Sigma or KD or whatever, but the other two.....
