It is NOT common for girls to be cut! If your HS grades were atrocious (below 2.75/3.0) or were into some shady business that people would know about here at Mizzou, you might be cut. Most of the girls who don't make it to bid day are those who 1) dropped or 2) didn't maximize their options/suicided/didn't put every house down on their preference card. Hope this helps! It's a little confusing but I'd say to just not worry about it and maximize your options.
