Bottom: AXO/KD (really couldn't tell a difference between these 2 houses. AXO has prettier girls, but KD's typically more involved. generally get the same type of girl. I would say AXO is a more diverse house, I've seen some major partiers. KD usually likes to be on the DL, chill.) ZTA (zeta probably has the cutest girls of the bottom tier, but their grades and retention rate have kept them in bottom three forever. The good thing is they are showing greektown they want to be more involved) Phi Mu (sweethearts of greektown. They have a bad stigma against them, but are getting better every year) Sigma (also a house with a bad stigma like phi mu. I knew a couple nice girls in this house but I think most of their good members either dropped or graduated. not sure what to think of this house anymore with poor retention and poor grades, they have a lot to work on.)
