Reasons: Tri delt has had a rough year or so, it's going to take more than 1 good PC to bring them back up Zeta: this house has been on the down slide for a good while now and I don't think a new house can save them. They continue to struggle with bad sisterhood and a campus wide reputation of being mean/catty. If they keep recruiting the same girls, the new house will be pointless. Aphi: this house has been trying to hide their struggles but with grades and retention in the gutter, they're back to being bottom tier after years of being up and coming. This house needs to turn around fast.
