Theta and Beta Both have too grades beautiful houses, focus on grades more than anything. Zeta and Sig Ep Both disliked by the rest of the Greek community. G Phi and Phi Kap get the popular crowd, and very desired. All stl/kc Chi O and ATO down to earth. Great houses, both filled with lots of oos members. Very diverse, but popular anyway.
