Hey lady! Great question. So essentially what happens is there is a mutual selection process where the houses will preference all of the PNMs and you will preference them, with the amount of houses preferenced based on which round of recruitment. (1st - 12, 2nd - 9, 3rd - 6, preference day - 3) so the only time you are dropped (and it does happen) is when the houses that you preference don't preference you. Now, this is rare and there isn't really a percentage of how many people get dropped but normally the majority of people who end recruitment withdraw themselves from the process. There is a higher amount of drops on preference day, the night before bid day, but overall it is nothing you should be worried about when going through recruitment! Good luck and be yourself! :)
