let's get this straight. top tier chapters deserve the highest marks, aka 4's and 5's. so chi o, delta, pi phi, kappa should be ranked that way. mid tier should be 3's and 4's: adpi, theta, gphi, dg low mid tier get 2's and 3's: aphi, kd, axo bottom tier gets 1's and 2's: zeta, phi mu, sigma get it? stop giving people all 5's or all 1's just to put them higher or lower on the list! it's annoying.
