I will never understand how a house that has bad grades, poor retention, poor sisterhood, and no involvement is considered top. Gphi is a social and pretty house, that's great. But when you have other houses on campus that offer being social and have pretty members IN ADDITION to all the other things Gphi lacks... How do you even begin to suggest Gphi is a top tier house?
