Mizzou's out-of-state tuition is still cheaper than Iowa, Indiana, Georgia, Minnesota, North Dakota, Pitt, Wisconsin, Texas....so I don't really understand your point. Education isn't cheap. And Mizzou's OOS tuition remains a real bargain compared to private schools, some of which grant degrees that aren't worth the paper they are printed on. And don't get me started on for-profit colleges -- the biggest educational ripoff in the world
