Top Tier - XO and Pi Phi are top because obviously. Theta is top because of their grades and reputation. ADPi is top because they've been more competitive with Theta lately. GPhi is top because event though they are so annoying, they get the girls they want every single year. Whether or not you're into "their type" of girl, they have a type and they get first pick. Middle Tier - Delta first because even though they've fallen they're good. Kappa next because it's Kappa, they'd be top if they were more appealing to the masses. AXO is a great house and only moving up. DG beats APhi because of their grades and they've been trying to clean up their image and it's worked Bottom Tier- It is what it is. I think this one is the most undisputed honestly.
