Yes, Aphi loses girls due to grades and leaving school. So do a lot of other houses. Alpha Phi also loses girls to graduation in December, or going on Alumni status because they're student teaching. This opens up the ability to give girls bids who they didn't have room for on their bid list in August. For a group of people bashing a group for their academic downfalls, you are all suffering from the tunnel vision that, "it could only be because APhi is stupid and has bad retention!" Use some logic, ladies. Also - let's maybe not point fingers and say any house has a bad sisterhood. If you're not part of it, you have no idea.
