Eh, Phi Mu and SK are about neck and neck. It goes either way depending on whether girls prefer to join an established house with history and a reputation (Phi Mu) or if the idea of joining something new with potential for immediate leadership is more their speed (SK). Personally I think Phi Mu has the slight edge this year because of their showing in competitions but that's just me. I'm just not sure why we're pretending that Zeta isn't top of the bottom tier. We all hate them. I know we do. But they get the best of the bottom, then SK and Phi Mu duke it out for the next best, then Sigma tries to cobble together a PC out of whoever is left and desperate enough to join.
