Three houses at Mizzou are never going to get the system changed. Panhellenic follows RFM, release figures methodology. This is a set system (created by the National Panhellenic Conference, which all Mizzou panhellenic sororities are a part of) that determines the number of girls each house has to cut each day and ultimately, quota. Quota is decided without input from the sororities, so you can't just "make quota smaller". It's simply not possible. RFM is designed to match as many PNMs to houses as possible while allowing all chapters to meet quota and be stable, and it works. If you would like to learn more you can go to this link www.npcwomen.org/resources/pdf/RFM%20Update.pdf Bottom line, RFM and quota are completely out of our hands. This "movement" is bound to fail, and likely doesn't even exist. Even if it did, in order for RFM to change it would have to be many sororities taking issue with it on a national level - the collegiate chapters at Mizzou has no power.
