XO Pi Phi Delta GPhi KKG GPhi and KKG are technically upper middle tier but because we're doing a top five, they get bumped up. The reason I put them there instead if ADPi and Theta is because GPhi and KKG both have a specific type of girl they recruit every year, and every year they get the exact girls they want. They may not be "top tier" girls but KKG and GPhi both fly through recruitment with relative ease and always fill an entire PC with the girls they want to recruit. If I had my way, we'd make it a top three. But since it's a top five, GPhi and KKG are my votes for the next best houses after the other three.
