how in the world would people know other house's themes/ideas/clothing and know enough house's themes/ideas/clothing to determine which was "best"?? I know in my chapter we are told to keep quiet about our recruitment plans and clothing and everyone I know in other houses have been told to do the same, so I don't know any of my friends house's plans.
