recruit the girls they want-but make it clear, they are not competing with tri delt or pi phi. adpi stepped up with grades and want to compete with alpha phi(ok their grades suck) and axo. no one at this point will debate axo has good grades(prob border on great) and actually have very cute girls-smart on top of it. Houses that compete with each other and are highly sought after are AXO, Pi Phi, Xo, Tri Delt, Gphi , Alpha Phi, Kappa, Zeta and Adpi. Debate as you will, but those are the houses girls want during recruitment. After recruitemtn, your house is everything you want it to be. So let's stop being snobby-I probably missed a few houses, but that is what pnms will want-end of story
