The biggest thing that it's going to mean is that everyone is going to be careful about signing leases for 17-18. There will be a lot more upperclassmen living in houses. My guess is that quota will be between 65-70. Which isn't going to be enough to fill pretty much any house in 17-18. Places like Brookside are going to do everything to lock you into a lease and not let go. Don't be in that situation where you are required to live in your sorority house, but have already signed an apartment lease, and then you have to drop out.
