IMO, our top houses should be above average in every aspect, not just strong in one or two. A top house should be the total package and offer a myriad of things to its members. there are very few houses that fit that description. Just because you may be the smartest house on campus, or the hottest house, doesn't necessarily make you overall a great house. A top house should be well-rounded. IMO I think only tri delta, Adpi, AXO, and kappa fit into that category. Arguably DG (although not as much as the others). These house all are involved (yes, delta is involved in terms of philanthropy and leadership on campus), good grades, all these girls are above average in looks and popularity. All are well liked (despite what this page says about Adpi/kappa lately), and respected. Every other house on campus falls short in one or more major categories.
