I'm not writing about tiers sweetie, read my entire post :) That list is based on retention numbers during recruitment. (I was a pi chi, I would know) Gphi is great, but they're not up to par with some other houses. If you don't believe me please check the Greek life page at mizzou and view Greek stats. Gphi is among the smallest houses with poor grades. They can't keep their members not only do to an "interesting" sisterhood, but also because they can't make the grades to be Greek As for kd and axo, you'd be surprised what numbers they reel in. Theyre second tier in rush, zetas not far behind
