Hey! I am planning on rushing next year, and I know it is important to have recommendation letters before recruitment. Can someone please explain the process to me? What do I need to send to whoever writes my rec? How soon should I start getting in contact with people about it? I have tried to do some research into this but I'm still pretty confused. Also, should I try to get recs for as many houses as possible? Thanks, any help is much appreciated!
