in 1992 they passed a law that said 2/5th of all inner circle people actually have to be retarded thereby the school is fair to all those who were historically just segregated. The terrible thing is what it teaches the children. I personally think that inner circle people should only be cool but the good only chawabumba university here or whatever they call us as they drool and slobber during board meetings... doesn't think that way.
