So I'm aware that for informal spring recruitment or COB that of course all houses will not partake in it. Mostly what I've heard is that it mostly depends on what houses will participate based on quota etc. and that more likely than not "top tier" and "upper to lower middle tier houses won't either". While the "tier system" doesn't bother me because from what I've heard all sororities here are great and you're lucky to get a bid from any even down to SDT, so I guess what I'm nervous about is coming in before the year ends. If I am offered a bid through COB will I mostly click with that particular spring PC that I'm in or will we assimilate into that entire new PC for the year? I guess I'm just not sure since I don't know how this process goes in terms of connecting with sisters and such. I wanted to really do formal but opted for this informal process for personal reasons so I just want to make sure I find my place! Any actives who went through this process have any advice or tips
