Yes they accept African Americans. No you don't have to be Greek but you do have to have connections. A quarter of the girls in my pledge class applied and only 1 girl got it. That girl only got it because she has major family name pull and her sister was on it. You can't just interview and expect to get it, it's one of the most selective groups on campus.
