Root Causes for this that could be remedied: 1. Prestige of Bama greek life: more students are choosing bama because of the great greek life and thus more incoming girls are rushing 2. While small PC is more beneficial for the girls and arguably the sorority as a whole, more due-paying members is also beneficial for the sorority as a whole and arguably the girls in turn. Somewhat of a conflict of interest Pan-hell cares too much about their matching rate and being inclusive. A minimum GPA would be beneficial but if a house wants to take a girl with a 2.8 over a girl with a 3.4 its their prerogative and I don't necessarily think Pan-Hell should regulate that. Perhaps quota should just be capped at a reasonable number (100?) which would exclude more girls but make PC's more manageable and likely strengthen Greek Life as a whole.
