Panhellenic has it set up where it's not necessarily easy to be cut by everyone in between party days. Think, you only cut 2 after iwt. Then you go from 12 to 8, then 8 to 3. So it's not like you're cutting so many at once that once you cut them you don't get them back. It seems confusing, but you WILL end up in a house unless you are a major grade risk.
